Job Match Patterns Accurately Predict Job Success

The Profile XT™ produces several valuable reports and one of the most beneficial is the Job Match Pattern report.  Job Match Patterns analyze a person’s job-related traits and compare them to the qualities of your most productive employees.  Job Match is effective because it can tell you whether candidates are similar than or different than your top performers, and if they have the attributes required to perform successfully in a particular job. 

A study published in the Harvard Business Review concluded that Job Match more accurately predicts job success than any of the commonly accepted factors, such as education, experience, or job training.
