The Profiles CheckPoint 360 Degree Appraisal System is a multi-rater feedback system that provides managers and leaders with an opportunity to receive a complete, 360-degree evaluation of their job performance.

The 360-degree evaluation is a human resource management tool that evaluates employee performance based on feedback from the people around them – their boss, their peers, and the people whose work they supervise.  This method of collecting input from several sources in an employee's environment makes the Profiles CheckPoint 360 Degree Feedback System a very powerful tool because it provides a truly honest assessment of how the employee and their performance is viewed by a variety of constituents.
